All adults attending the studio are responsible for reviewing our studio policies. Our space is entirely self-directed. Entering our premises, you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Individuals acknowledge and agree on behalf of themselves and their accompanying group members, that entering our premises is at your own risk. Nera Studios will not be held responsible for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of use of our space. Nera Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure to thoroughly check the space before your departure. A studio attendant may visit you during a booking at any time. Violation of our policies will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. 

Booking & Use Policy Details:

• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed. There are no cancellations, only rescheduling.

• To reschedule an existing booking, a minimum 24hrs before your booking time must be given.

• Rescheduling must be done with the entire booking block (Example: A 4 hour booking, the entire 4 hours must be rescheduled as a consecutive block).

• Minimum 1 hour booking (Minimum 2 hour booking during holiday sets Nov 1st to Dec 31st).

• Private studio access and use of the entire studio space, including glam station, with each booking.

• The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time or you will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee. This is a self contained studio with no attendant on site. You are using the space at your own risk and responsible for maintaining it's condition. You are responsible for ensuring the studio is clean, locked and secured upon departure, you will be held liable in the event the space is not secured upon leaving. Damages will be subject to a minimum fee of $300 and increased accordingly, based on the items listed value.

• The studio will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items, it is the responsibility of the booking person. 

• Furniture must be lifted with a minimum of 2 people. Do not drag items, resulting in excessive noise and damage. 

• No animals allowed

• Capacity up to 10 people (please email or call before booking if you require a larger number of people, additional fees and limitations apply)

• No pornographic content permitted or illegal activities.

• Studio is under 24/7 video surveillance.

• Entrance and exit to the studio is digitally recorded. Access before or beyond booked times will incur additional fees.  Entering or exiting >5 minutes past your booking will incur a minimum $50 + HST charge.

• Seasonal installations may be in place during your booking time. Check our website and social media for set alterations.

• Holiday setups take place between November 1st and December 31st and cannot be removed from the studio room. Tree's are not moveable.

• No alcohol is permitted on site. Minimum $5000 fine and you will be asked to leave the studio without refund.

• Events will require proof of liquor license prior to arrival AND proof of event liability insurance to 5 million coverage.

• Nera Studios reserves the right to check in during a booking to ensure all policies are being adhered too. In the event of a policy violation you will be asked to leave and/or be subject to a fine.

• It is the booking persons responsibility to share all studio policies with everyone attending the space under their direction.

• You must be 19 + to rent the studio. Minors are not permitted without adult supervision.

• All event bookings can be directed to our studio owner for review and consideration at hello@nerastudios.ca. Clients will be responsible for providing proof of special event/event liability insurance prior to event date.
