During our holiday calendar (Nov 1st to December 31st), the booking minimum is 2 hours. Also available is 3 hour, half, and full day bookings.

Our studio will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only during November and December.

All rates can be found on our booking page, and are the same as our weekend rates throughout the year. The weekend rate applies to Friday bookings during November and December.

Each booking allows for 10 people ( this includes your photographer or media team). Bookings requiring more people must contact us directly and in advance. Additional fees and limitations apply.

Events are available and must be booked through us directly. Kindly email us at hello@nerastudios.ca and we can send you our event package.

Yes, our new location is on the ground floor with easy access. No more stairs!

We offer two expansive sets during our holiday season. Giving creatives and families a variety of spaces to choose from.

Yes! We have multiple areas without seasonal holiday decor including our blank portrait set, our office set, an interview set and more.

Yes! Our location offers ample amounts of complimentary parking right in front of our studio space.

Unfortunately, we do not allow cancellations. Booking blocks can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

You are able to independently reschedule your booking. Locate your booking confirmation email, scroll to the bottom and click “reschedule”.
*Note this must be done greater than 24 hours in advance of your booking start time. Less than 24 hours notice your booking proceeds as planned.

We love showcasing work that captures the joy and spirit of Nera Studios. Send us an email with a link to download your high resolution images. All submissions will be reviewed and those chosen will be contacted to provide credit details prior to sharing.
